Call me a conspiracy theorist but does anyone else think the timing of the announcement of this recapitalisation is a bit neat? After all the messing around, including with government agencies? Just before Trump's turn? Are the people controlling Millstreet Capital Republicans out to impress the new leadership with "Hey, we screwed the shareholders (ahem, with help of their management), we are in full control now, America first!"
