Two (2) withdrawals from the Escrow Account, each ½ the Issue Amount.
Such withdrawals are subject to certain conditions,
i) The US$35 million Project Equity Contribution having been spent towards the ICO Project
ii) Jervois has raised Additional Equity of at least US$50 million,
