ICO is likely to get up and running IMO just because the US Government wants it to exist, and will subsidise it indirectly. Macquarie were probably the buyers this morning. They'll just reevaluate their forecasts and make dollars. SP could rise a bit higher than 7c if they just have to get their average to 7c. But yes, pretty speccy.
