incorrect. Bryce confirmed there is also a premium specialty chemicals cobalt facility adjacent to the kokkola refinery that is included as part of the purchase that JRV will own. JRV can feed this facility with their product but they also have the ability to facilitate/cut deals with Umicore's as required.
so yes - they get 72 years of kokkola cobalt refinery at cost (and the right to negotiate an extension) but they also have own the premium/specialty cobalt facility all to themselves
