Well I'm looking at the list of attendees. Bryce seems to be hanging around some serious people. Jrv must surely be on the cards for US government financing. It's their only cobalt mine which they need for military purposes. You cannot rely on your enemy to provide you with minerals for your military going forward without a backstop. The only sense going forward is a refinery and mine producing Cobalt for your military aircraft engines. I would say that they would want to be self reliant when it comes to Cobalt but we can only wait and see. I reckon there will be a deal sooner than you think.
