Early 2024 production possibly?
1mmcf/day of raw gas = 1000mcf/day of raw at 1% helium is 10mcf/day of helium.
The nearby Paradox Resources Lisbon plant has capacity of 0.6mmcf/day = 600mcf/day liquid helium plus a further 0.5mmcf/day = 500mcf/day of gaseous helium. So 1100mcf/day helium production capacity?
So 10mcf/day not that much if the Lisbon plant is idle and needs to be restarted and maybe Paradox Resources is still in Chapter 11?
So maybe quick 2024 monetisation would be using the Air Products Doe Canyon plant instead?
10mcf/day of helium equates to about AUD2.5m/yr in revenues at a conservative price of US$450/mcf. Could be double or more in the spot market. So if they can increase the flow rates via the sidetrack that'll help especially if they can increase the flow-rate by x5 for instance and upto revenues of AUD$12.5/yr or AUD$25m+ at spot prices versus the current about AUD$20m marketcap. Then try to repeat or improve upon on more wells.
