swabbing will build up pressure down hole, and I agree it's highly encouraging however there is no evidence or facts in the announcement to suggest its is in any way a massive step forward to anything, maybe it is, maybe it isn't, as the last paragraph states the next steps are still the same, so not sure how it's a massive step forward as all the next steps are the same however I would suggest risk is less as previously stated.
