It is a question of leverage, and the potential to make a far greater profit.

Take for example the line wipe of 1.75m GGEOA this week at .004c = cost $7,000

For the same $7,000 you would have been able to buy 583,333 GGE @ 1.2c .

The GGEOA have a strike price of 2.5c, expiring 13 October 2026. To convert the GGEOA to GGE would cost a further $43,750 (1.75m * .025)

Assume for the moment that GGE succeeds in getting producing wells, and the price of GGE heads rises to 10c at some time over the next 1031 days until 13/10/2026.

What would be the profit on the decision to buy GGEOA vs GGE now?

For GGE the profit would be sale of 583,333 shares at 10c, less cost of $7,000 = $51,633.33

For GGEOA the profit would be a sale of 1.75m shares @ 10c ($175,000) less the costs of acquisition (initial acquisition cost of $7,000 + the conversion cost of $43,750 = $50,750 total cost).

Net profit of $124,250 for GGEOA, instead of $51,633.33 for GGE. I know which profit I would rather take.

If the price rises above 10c in the next 1031 days then the profit on both will be greater, but progressively higher for GGEOA.

For GGEOA, any GGE price above .254 cents and you are in the money

If GGE does NOT get producing wells, then the share price of GGE and GGEOA will both be cactus. You will have done your $$$$

    Risk vs Reward

I hold GGE, GGEO and GGEOA
