You're out by an order of magnitude. 0.4% He will be commercially viable for Jesse given the expected pressure. BNL may have 8% in Enterpeise but Model Dome had a pathetically low pressure.
Also don't forget GGE can sell the CO2 (pumped to Texas to increase oil well pressure)
