The delay was probably caused by the very delayed permit which most likely meant they could not lock in the the drill rig or team to drill. There must be an element or elements they cannot fix into the calendar which is why there has been no announcement with a date to spud.
Without an announcement coming this week we will likely drag on well into March before we spud.
