The liquifer needs to be re-started I believe so GGE could potentially get sole use of all its capacity. Gaseous maybe not all capacity will be available to GGE not sure.
0.6mmcf/d of liquid helium capacity plus a further 0.5mmcf/d of gaseous helium capacity so 1.1mmcf/d total. If calculated correctly the plant's capacity is about 6.7% of global capacity at 6bcf per year of helium usage.
This article at the link below is suggesting it would cost US$400m to build the plant today inclusive of the helium plant. So don't know the breakdown for the helium portion of the plant only but GGE has an amazing differentiator for an 80/20 revenue split in GGE's favour I believe to use the plant avoiding what could be a rather large capex bill in build its on plant and also a very quick pathway to monetisation!
