Thanks @peto2810 - and I guess they would like the ground to be as dry as possible. Important to me that safety
of employees be paramount too.
Last thing I want to hear of is an accident but they have experience so hopefully that won't happen.
And with the chart a nice upward pattern is starting to emerge but it's still early with some flippers hiding as well in market
depth my guess.
