I can go touch one of our 3000+ wells any day of the week, I know what a competitive production rate is. These are not very competitive production costs. It's not downramping, it's a fact. Thankfully the oil price is poised to run into 2022 as demand returns, so hopefully that will help offset.
Not sure why you think a holder would downramp, but hey what would 27 years in upstream oil and gas tell me?
