You know there are words in that announcement as well. It's not all about looking at pretty pictures.

The company has outlined a plan and it's delivering on its plan, one step at a time and on time. Every time a company says what they'll do, then does as they say the market gains confidence in that plan and the management team.

So as well as everything else that is happening that is not shown in a picture from that announcement, there is also what is not written and that's growing market confidence in the project and the team.
