That is one way to look at it, but SP going up (and then down) without production is a pump in my eye, may not fit true technical definition of pump and dump. But i see your point and respect your view.
I am trying to add value to the discussion and was only responding to couple of people who think i am trying to downramp. ALL IMHO.
