I do believe there is a bigger picture to brk and you don’t have to look far to see how many tier 1 operators are around us. It’s like buying the run down house in a premium street. Once you do it up, you’re able to fetch a much higher price for It. With a successful jewel well this will definitely prick up the ears of our surrounding neighbours.
