Use your common sense mate. Priced in means the value the asset adds to the company upon success minus the market sentiment on the probability of success.
I covered the language used about the gas shows and the irrelevance that statement without context actually has with regard to determining anything of merit earlier today. That part of the announcment was purely to try excite the market and provided no real insight into anything.
