Chillicop is right - MW says no word yet. That doesn't mean it isn't a lock. Can't imagine they'd get to this stage and not have a contractor ready to go. Black Mesa will have this covered.
The importance of what MW is saying is that once completion contractor is engaged and Jewell is completed and flowing oil and gas, that's 100% risk off.
If anyone would know, MW would.
