Jim could literally get a top job at any major player in this industry. The fact he is at BLG speaks volumes for the potential he sees in BLG!
He's got plenty of shares and incentives to deliver major outcomes for all investors!
I would suggest that BLG is his retirement play, one more big hit and move onto the board and collect the yearly dividends..
