I've be on MAN's case and even Allchurch's at times and I do want to rescind most of that.

I'm not going to go into most of what we discussed but obviously the survey was one of them. In summary due to the boom, geological services are flat out. Even he (James) would have liked the data earlier but they are still within the timelines stipulated in the contract. There's more but basically he has been providing reminders to the contractor. I can only go off his word and I'm going to take it.

I'm admittedly new to this, so I asked about an update to investors. However, the ASX require all releases to be material. On this basis the ASX will not allow announcements with updates to the investors.

I agree - it hasn't been ideal. But I think we have a lot of potential and based on this I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt.

I'm sure the company is more than aware of what we are thinking and feeling - and they would be frustrated as well. Here's hoping by the end of February we start moving forward.
