And ppl talk about needing the extra 5% $$$ but no one said we need it upfront. We might need it in a year or two and at that time we might be raising it at $1.50. Bottom line IMHO is financing of 85% will pretty much get us into the production phase by which time the SP will be well north of here and at which time - if we still need equity that hasn't come in the form of a NH joint venture or an advance payment by an offtake partner - then the dilution will be minimal.
