"analysis ". It's actually not very forward looking as one can expect. They fail to mention growth in demand and seem to play the old narrative of ev sky falling in.
If you're feeling bearish please study the chart provided and note that demand for Li-on cells and in particular for Energy Storage Systems ie. Solar storage , will overtime become larger than current level of the EV battery demand.
Probably cant retire just yet but i agree like Obi mentioned above.. somewhere in between sentiments is most likely. Supply chains are beginning to regionalise to support established automotive industries. Chart below outlines a forecast demand which has not changed.
