I'm caught between one of two scenarios.
1. Buy more and end up the wrong end of a Cap raising @ 40 cents. (Ouch)
2. Keep waiting for the CR announcement and get burnt by the announcement of a HUGE U.S. government grant / funding. (Not so bad as we 'should' get a huge jump on that news).
That's why we keep getting lower on no volume, no news and a possible CR on the cards.
