Also worth noting is that the new Jing Jing Project is being acquired from Amery Holdings.
Amery Holdings also sold the Trigg Hill Lithium Project to Eastern Resources (EFE) in Aug 2021. A few months after this announcement, they also signed an agreement with Yahua who would get first dibs on the spod. Their initial RC drilling results confirmed spodumene albeit it was disapointing. Subsequently, their SP has been hammered.
This could be a rinse and repeat program if our assays confirm Spodumene. With limited securities available, any major buying will see the SP fly.
