Few differences... Hillside is an economic deposit of Cu, Yangi is an uneconomic deposit of REE, FIRB don;t like China owning Oz REE deposits, but have no problem with Indonesians owning Cu deposits... otherwise I agree, China is the only place to sell Yangi con and the only ones likely to build a marginal RE mine because they make all their money in downstream processing, need to import RE feed, and want to maintain dominance of RE market through over-supply of cheap RE feed and domination of RE-mag products...
$7M and China @ 10% ownership doesn;t seem to change the dial on HAS situation though way I see it?
