Ann: JLG announces acquisition of SSKB Strata & Chill-Rite HVAC, page-9

I think all those who currently hold sincerely believe that they are undervalued, but that the actions of directors and the number of acquisitions have put the seeds of doubt into SH minds, in that they need to see some proof of the actions taken in the bottom line before they add or acquire. I have a set of criteria which has served me well and JLG still conforms with all the parameters in terms of historical financials….. all that is except the SP where the market is telling everyone, that it too has doubts. Trust is something which takes a long time to build, but which is easily lost ! JLG needs to regain the trust of its SH before it can move ahead… certainly in terms of the SP !
