The priority offer only raised 600k. The public offer did close early when they got the 3.5 million.
They wanted 5.5 million and received 4.1 million. Short 1.4 million on the priority offer.
The shortfall was disappointing but not surprising given by the time offer was open, the share price had fallen below the offer price of what was $1.40.
