Not sure if you're being facetious bricky regarding LD, but at least he is participating (again) when he has already chipped in symbolically in the recent past. He hardly needs extra stock given his holdings.
Anyway, good to see Mercer stepping up. Nobody wants dilution and the timing is bloody awful, but they need the cash to progress, so we just need to suck it up if we're to see it through.
