The thing is, where else do they go if shareholders dont fund the company as much as required? Cap raising fell short last time and I doubt there would be much enthusiasm this time to raise the required sum given where the SP stands and with lithium in the toilet.
Mistakes have been made at JLL and I'd rather it not go this way, but we need the cash now.
Getting some institutional backing may offer some confidence to wavering shareholders.
