okay, so if you're upset about inferring fraud, you must instead be suggesting dishonest practice, not too sure who's being pedantic in arguing there's much difference - fraud being dishonesty for the purpose of gain and all, but tomatos etc.

Now, as for the fact that the newspapers are using the word in their clickbait titles. It would seem (without bothering to read them) they are also suggesting dishonest practice for gain, or at least questionable practice.

so, you are in fact at the very least alluding to unethical behaviour by the management which would be a breach of their directors duties - not my fault you're flippantly using the wrong words.
