I feel like you are using some really poor reference points for comparison.
The actual share price has nothing to do with how much he should be paid. It’s market cap that decides how much he should get paid, and the investors at Lionhead valued VML to be around $225 million. Many shareholders could reasonably expect with the expected production matched to NdPr prices that this reaches a $2.5 billion market cap in years. How does 2.7 cents matter?
The prime minister comparison is the lowest form of pub test reference point, and I am surprised there would be educated posters seriously using this.
Most people don’t run multimillion, possibly billion dollar companies.
