i want to say this is great news.
i monitor many ASX company and some of them change CEO/MD. The average time is 3 month.
vml find best candidate fit this position is great sign of lionhead are doing job and do it in efficiency way.

For someone comment - "we need someone has REE experience"
i can not 100% agree of that. how many REE company in production on the world. i think you know the answer.
if he/she just worked on exploration REE company, then the experience may not help us.

we need someone know how to implement project and delivery it on time, on budget. highly efficiency get job done. we need he integrate the company and make sure company strategy is on the right track.
we are not hiring REE PHD.

i would not say this is VML bottom. But i would say we may very close the bottom now.
Normally, when new MD join the board. they always give update during 2month.
