Seems to be a backwards step, for him personally, but yes a fresh set of eyes and a different business sense is always welcomed.
Our current management team have been unable to drive new ideas to promote a higher company’s worth, let’s hope his voice is herd and new ideas come to the table and get delivered. He might even buy shares on market, unlike our current management team.
