Agree, that taking up the SPP is a marginal decision based on todays SP. it’s line ball !
I don’t think there will be a scale back, because I think based on the small difference btw the offer price and the SP, there will be many that won’t take up the SPP.
You have summarised it in your post….. if it’s that close, why take it up ?
And there will be many that won’t !!!
