I've been of the same opinion. Which is why I haven't bought it before today.
But given disaster recovery isn't necessarily economically linked, I don't think you will find too many other companies that are still upgrading earnings in this environment.
We have more people moving to "Disaster" prone areas (Coastal towns) combined with their expansion into the U.S. Seems to be fairly robust growth here and you are paying about 30 times this years earnings for it. I get EPS growth of about 30% on these numbers are likely to hover around 15 to 20% over the next few years.
