IMO, people waiting for news of 30,000Kg/yr reactor being up & running. It is well over due & no indication from the company of why or a revised ETA.
That is the key to larger orders & a re-rate. I can't see the SP going anywhere till we get that news as most people won't buy into that uncertainty of missed target dates.
