In answer to your question, "who cares about no revenue?" The market does and has done on this stock for a very long time. It has had many up's and down's in its lifetime and the market knows this and has been sitting around waiting for revenue for a number of years. The many products BRN has had in the marketplace have failed already.
The chip announcements to come will provide temporary lifts in SP...but like it has done for so very long...it will slip back down in SP until this company has revenue and deals signed sealed and delivered.
