Agree, it does sound like a positive fundamental change on face value, even though it is not possible to quantity exactly how positive in absence of actual numbers. It also doesn’t seem unreasonable to me, if Bridgelux are happy to pay BLG for their joint development work, that they might also want to take some equity in the Company at some stage, depending on progress.
