    Hi Robbo - the announcement doesn't make sense. With the alliance being with MNS, then MNS is purely as service provider to the JV, and the market needs to be informed of the service agreement between the JV and itself. These deals seem to be very loosely arranged IMO with clarity missing everywhere.
