What a strange thing to announce. At one point we are told the batteries are ready and various possible buyers are testing them out and then it is all go. Then we are told they are still at the stage of trying to work out what goes into a battery. It can't be both. If there is a product, it is obviously still in the lab. If I am making a sandwich, I don't announce I just bought peanut butter and then try to tell you people are already eating it.
