Electrolyte and Separators are always designed and optimized based on Cathode Anode pair as well as end application (higher energy and higher power). With new solid state designs this goes beyond complexity. So Yes ONE CERTAINLY need to develop and then deploy. Working with commercially mature company allow the scale up fast.

The second bullet point could also use some fixing, which in my opinion could read [my proposed fixes in brackets]:

Agreement with Celgard covers [unbuilt, unfunded] battery plants [of which no current feasibility studies or plans for funding plans appear to have been completed or released] in which Magnis has [an unknown, undisclosed] ownership [and unclear ownership and control structures] including [proposed but unconfirmed locations in] New York(USA), North Rhine Westfalia (Germany) and Townsville (Australia).

This pretty much sums it up for me - there doesn't seem to be anything overly exciting in here?
