You cannot read or understand what I was trying to explain to you earlier today. There is no announcement yet, there is nothing that says VRC got any grant or anything yet. Go to the relative Gov website and follow the updates there, don't ask stupid questions.
Just google and you'll find companies that have tiny MC (some around $10m ish) that received some grants not long ago, that may shows you that even tiny companies with not much cash in the bank, can get $.
You idiot, do something instead of complaining. you're not happy? sell out and move on, it's liberating, trust me.
And btw I'm not pumping anything, I'm underwater here like many others, frustrated and tired, yes, but I'm not pumping shit.
