There's no problem, it's just that this is a strategic partnership, not a commercial one. If investors read between the headlines they would know the value and potential this partnership will result. The outcome of this is rapidly developing SNAP (M3) to the point where they can licence the technology to large corporations (specifically, the F500's that expressed an interest in commercializing).
