Well, well, well. Maybe my water was right the other day after all...

This appears to be a great strategy to me at first blush, although the EGM will no doubt flesh out the deal a bit more.

The MOST reassuring parts to me though are:

1. New CEO is out of the blocks and

2. Our patents (a long term concern to me) appear to still be very viable, valuable and unable to be easily circumvented.

Where does FSS fit into this jigsaw puzzle though? Still can't believe they're going to watch this unfold from the sidelines.
