i would guess the board and ceo would have done some extensive due diligence on Somapa IT and even more so on its company Kollakorn and its future value before agreeing to the deal. perhaps this deal is even more important then the initial Thia contract for future growth. From the outside i feel this looks a very good idea and a great deal for Mikoh. The benifits are hugely obvious and the strong partnership will no doubt add credibility to raise additional funds for further growth. well done to the new ceo,chairman and the board here. finally some vision and a big glimmer of hope. with the November announced AVI deal with Sirit and the Washington State Dept in the USA plus the teaming bid with Accenture for the US Navy contract slowly getting closer and the ongoing Thialand deal maybe the tide has just turned and the very worse is over.
