At this stage I would expect would be a non binding arrangement that would put KOMIR towards the front of the queue if and when ARU would be in a position to contract delivery of product. This may have a spin off benefit if/when ARU is looking at a range of financing options down the track as potential funding from a range of South Korean entities is something Australian companies may be more comfortable with than some other options.
