GBP 2.18 translate into AUD 4.21. Why is the SP at AUD3.95 today now that the directors of both parties have agreed to the terms.
Am I to guess that Mr Market sees some trouble of the transaction going through? Puzzling ...
I appears, one should buy now at AUD 3.95 per share, only to get back AUD 4.21 later in the year. I am conservative here, as I am not considering the dividend.
