Updates on the recommended acquisition are kind of 'lite'. The latest I could find is from 24th May (!) from Nationwide's web page: "... and we expect to complete the acquisition in the fourth quarter of 2024 (calendar year), subject to regulatory approval."

At 218p, the SP translates to ca AUD4.19. I believe that the takeover is now certain (regulatory approvals should go through), and the SP should be trending higher than AUD4.09.
