To garner support, they will need to get cracking - a plan laid out - yes, an organized plan with a realistic timeframe, but one that starts NOW! If they can be seen to be progressing, one would expect more interest in the prospect, perhaps a lot more interest, which quite simply, would raise the share price, which would of itself, create more interest! Build on momentum! If the prospect is as good as is portrayed, with a serious, progressive modern approach, one could expect an excellent chance of success - and, yes, it could be a company maker!
