re: Ann: Joint Venture Agreement with Meteori... Based on this amount of money for the JV there must be a pretty big prize. Spending $1M when you are a $4M capitilized company smells of something big.
Hopefully we will know in a month or two how big the prize is. If its bigger than what BRD have at the moment then its a very sizeable deposit.
The capital raising is an issue but think we will know the prize before we get to that.
